An Event is a behavior with a
Date
Time
Duration
Location
For example: Run for 1 hour on Tuesday, December 10th at 9 AM in the park.
An Event Template is saved Event that you can reuse without typing it all in.
A Plan consists of many Events and is connected to a goal. For example:
Goal: Run a Marathon on June 5th.
Run Daily at 9 AM for 1 hour in the park
You can also have more than one behavior in a plan. For example you could add:
Stretch Every 3 days at 12pm for 30 minutes at the Gym.
A Plan Template is a saved Plan that you can reuse, without typing it all in.
A Challenge is simply a Plan that you do with other people!
A Flash Challenge is simply one event that you do with other people!
