Add one-off events in the same or different categories for habits or activities you want to improve.
Example: Have you committed to Run in the Health & Fitness category? Add a one off event in the Life category to Meditate, Wake up early, Clean the Kitchen, Read a book.. anything!
Or add more Health & Fitness events - Swim, Stretch, Yoga, etc.
