Sometimes committing to an entire plan can be too much. So you can schedule just one event.
Start typing any behavior in the "What do you want to do today?" field on the Dashboard or the Plan page.

Click "Add New"
Select the category you want to add it to
4. If your one off event will start soon, confirm your event!
